Juwan Dotson started at receiver in the first game in Screaming Eagles history, a 78-47 loss to the Nebraska Danger. Dotson recorded five receptions for 35 yards and two touchdowns.
In Week 2, Dotson hauled in six catches for 55 yards, helping Salt Lake record the first win in team history, a 42-41 overtime triumph over the Colorado Crush.
Dotson caught two passes for 13 yards in the Screaming Eagles' Week 4 loss to the Spokane Empire. He was placed on short-term IR following the game.
Dotson started his career at Mt. San Antonio College, where he had 32 receptions for 500 yards and seven touchdowns as a sophomore.
He then transferred to East Central University and saw action in all 11 games for the Tigers asa junior, leading the team with 477 receiving yards on 40 catches. Dotson added four touchdowns and 125 return yards. During his senior season, he had 34 catches for 424 yards and eight touchdowns. He also added seven kick returns for 193 yards.
