The Screaming Eagles have bolstered their offensive line by signing a former BYU offensive tackle.
Bradley Wilcox agreed to a contract on Wednesday and immediately joined the team before their Week 8 trip Wichita Falls on Saturday. The Edmond, Okla., native arrived at BYU as a two-star prospect in 2012 and following a redshirt year, made his debut in 2013, appearing in 13 games and making one start (Utah State)
The 6-foot-7, 315-pounder played in all 13 games each of the next two seasons, including 12 starts as a redshirt junior in 2015. He did not play in 2016. Wilcox helped the Cougars win 25 games between 2013-15, and their offensive unit twice finished ranked inside the top 30 nationally in total yards, including 16th in 2013.
Kickoff for Salt Lake and Wichita Falls is set for 6:00 p.m. MT on Saturday, April 8.
